Northcott offers Shared Housing services across NSW, including Wagga Wagga, Hunter, New England, Albury and Murrumbidgee regions. We usually have a range of vacancies available. To get an idea of what we have on offer, check out our current vacancies and contact a Northcott representative on 1800 818 286 for more information.
Most of our Shared Houses are set up as Specialist Disability Accommodation. To be able to live in this type of housing you will need to have Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding included in your NDIS package, which is in addition to Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding. We will work with you in finding and applying for the right funding and offer you support throughout this process.

Shared Housing FAQs
1. How will I be matched with my roommates?
Our team at Northcott will check your requirements and preferences before searching for your new home. When considering shared homes for you, we will work with you to match homes with your preferences.
2. How many vacancies does Northcott have for shared housing?
Our vacancies change regularly. To find out whether we have any vacancies that may suit your needs, including where you would like to live, please contact us.
3. How many people are usually in a shared home?
Most of our shared homes house three to four people in the accommodation. We have found a lot of our customers prefer this because it provides a social and communal aspect that individual housing doesn’t offer.
