How our community support services can benefit you

Broaden your experience of life as you fulfill your needs and achieve your goals.

Learn everyday skills

Developing your skills will enable you to live more freely. Whether it’s confidently managing your personal care, learning basic cooking skills or cleaning your room, you’ll feel empowered to get things done. When you boost your skills, you’ll be surprised at what you can achieve.

Build your independence

Being able to do what you want without having to wait for a family member to become available gives you more responsibility and freedom. Let us know what you’d like support with and when you want it, and you can start to build your independence. Like to cook a meal for your family? Book and attend an appointment? Or maybe take an online class? You have the flexibility, choice and support to do so.

Be a part of the community

Life is about creating meaningful connections and it’s more rewarding when you feel like you’re a valued part of the community. Your support worker will be by your side to make sure you get the most out of your day and feel connected to the wider world.
