As a registered NDIS provider, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support that’s backed by our quality and safeguarding framework, ensuring our services meet and exceed national standards. Our staff are highly trained, and our programs are designed with long-term success and well-being in mind.
We support various forms of significant or permanent disability types including neurological, congenital, intellectual and genetic conditions. I have a background in Social Work and personal experience to create fun and engaging programs while helping our participants build skills to reach their goals. When out of the office, I love to be outdoors, active and spending time with friends on the weekends.

Georgina – Therapy Assistant & Support Worker
I’m a Disability Support Worker for Programs and a Therapy Assistant for the Clinical Team. I have experience working with children and young people with various disabilities and have a particular passion for supporting those with autism.
My qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Children Services. I am passionate about fostering positive, strength-based relationships, as I believe connections help young people feel safe, secure and supported.

Ash – Support Worker
I’m a passionate and reliable Support Worker with experience in the disability sector, currently working towards completing my Certificate III in Individual Support. My goal is to become an Occupational Therapist, where I can continue empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients with diverse needs, and I approach every role with compassion, patience, and a strong focus on building trust and routine.

Kirsten – Support Worker
I’m a Support Worker with 30 years of experience, I thrive on making a positive impact in the lives of others. I believe that balance in physical and mental well-being is key to a fulfilling life, both for myself and those I support.

Karz – Support Worker
I have worked in the disability sector for 3 years and I have a background in music. My experience also includes working in Out of School Hours programs across the Coast and North
Brisbane, supported by a Diploma of School Age Care and Education. I’m passionate about helping people reach their goals and full potential.

Molly – Support Worker
I’m currently studying a
Bachelor of Primary
Education at the University of the Sunshine Coast, with a passion for working with children, including those with disabilities. I have experience working in hospitality, themed
entertainment, and volunteering with children, including those with autism.

Marissa – Speech Pathologist
As a Speech Pathologist, I support children and adults with disability by helping them communicate effectively and engage in mealtimes safely.
My services include completing assessments, providing reports and mealtime management plans, and supporting through ongoing therapy in speech, language, literacy, communication/Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) systems, and mealtime areas.

Lizzy – Speech Pathologist
I am a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about supporting young people and their families as they navigate communication and developmental challenges. My areas of interest include mental health, literacy, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems, paediatric feeding and language development for pre-school and school-aged children.
I love helping young people build skills that support their health and wellbeing.

Sam – Occupational Therapist
I support people with disability by helping them build meaningful skills, increase independence and engage more fully in daily life. At the heart of my practice, I am a relationally-informed therapist, which means I focus on building strong, safe and trust-based relationships as the foundation for all therapeutic progress.
My passion lies in working with children and young people with complex support needs, including autism, intellectual disability and sensory processing differences. I believe that when we create connection first, meaningful growth naturally follows – whether it’s developing engagement in daily life, emotional regulation, or everyday functional skills.

Mac – Occupational Therapist
I’m an early career Occupational Therapist. I enjoy working across all areas of disability, including equipment prescription, early childhood development, emotional regulation, social participation, school access and daily living skills.
I’m passionate about building a strong rapport with my customers and ensuring their goals are at the heart of our therapy. I collaborate with customers, families, support systems and other professionals to take a holistic, customer-centred approach.
The best part of my job is seeing customers hit their goals, no matter how big or small – what we like to call “smilestones!

Imogen – Physiotherapist
As a Paediatric Physiotherapist, I am passionate about enhancing the wellbeing of children and making meaningful, positive impacts on their lives.
I enjoy supporting children at all stages, from newborns reaching their gross motor milestones to teens and young adults achieving their personal goals. I strongly believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.
I work with a variety of conditions, including cerebral palsy, Duchenne’s muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and neurodevelopmental disorders. With experience in major trauma children’s hospitals in the UK and community settings in Australia, I specialise in neonates and neuro-rehabilitation, with a keen interest in conditions like torticollis, Erb’s palsy and developmental delays.

Charlotte – Occupational Therapist
I became an Occupational Therapist because I wanted to make a positive difference in people’s lives. I love supporting individuals to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
At Northcott, I work closely with customers, their families and caregivers to find creative solutions that help them engage in meaningful activities while also promoting health, wellbeing and independence.
I have experience working in community health with NDIS participants, supporting individuals with a variety of diagnoses.

Bree – Occupational Therapist
I’m an Occupational Therapist who loves building personal connections with children and their families, and being part of major milestones, challenges and wins.
I specialise in paediatrics, with most of my customers ranging from 6 months to 18 years old. I have experience with a wide range of ages and abilities, with a particular interest in physical disability, assistive technology and vehicle modifications. My areas of focus include social skills, emotional regulation, self-care, domestic tasks, community access and fine and gross motor skills.
I take a holistic approach to problem-solving and personalise my support to each customer.

Nikky – Occupational Therapist
As a senior Occupational Therapist, I walk alongside incredible individuals on their journey towards independence and confidence. I believe in the power of early intervention to set strong foundations for life. I love spending time on the floor with kids, being part of that process.
I take a coach and relationship-based approach to help build skills and understanding. I work alongside kids and their families to support and empower them to reach their potential, while problem-solving any barriers that might be in the way.
I have experience in the paediatric disability sector, working across community, clinic, and education environments. I’m passionate about helping kids understand their unique sensory and regulation needs, expand their personal connection skills and find creative solutions to everyday challenges.

As a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service provider, we have centres across Australia in New South Wales, Canberra and Queensland. We offer a wide range of services for clients, including Support Coordination, Supported Independent Living, assistance with daily tasks, access to community programs, Support Workers, and recreational activities tailored to the needs of individuals with disabilities.
Common NDIS goals can include achieving greater independence, improving well-being, accessing the community, managing disabilities effectively, and enhancing the quality of life through suitable a support service provider.
We can assist eligible participants and family members to develop and manage your support plan with our Support Coordination service, this involves assisting NDIS participants in implementing and managing your NDIS plan and finding the right information related to your supports. It helps participants access support to achieve your NDIS goals and enhance your overall well-being.
Supported independent living allows individuals with disabilities to live independently in their own homes or in shared accommodation while receiving the necessary support to manage daily tasks and activities.
NDIS Support Workers are trained professionals with experience and knowledge supporting people with disability. They play a crucial role in assisting participants with daily tasks and accessing the community. They provide practical support and encouragement to support participants achieve their goals.
Our experienced team of Support Workers provide at home care and support to help you achieve your NDIS goals for independence. Our workers are trained to provide assistance that enables you to maintain your independence and participation in your community.
They can support participants to complete their household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and grocery shopping.
We have a range of NDIS services available at our centres, however capacity may be limited at your particular centre.
As an inclusive organisation that supports a wide range of abilities, we offer a variety of age-appropriate, goal-based support programs tailored to the interests and needs of individuals with disabilities. These programs may include social outings, skill-building programs, work experience and improving job opportunities. Most of our programs can be provided in a group setting or personalised to you individually.
