As a registered NDIS provider, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support that’s backed by our quality and safeguarding framework, ensuring our services meet and exceed national standards. Our staff are highly trained, and our programs are designed with long-term success and well-being in mind.

We support various forms of significant or permanent disability types including neurological, congenital, intellectual and genetic conditions. For example, Down Syndrome, Prader- Willi Syndrome, Acquired brain injury, Spinal cord injury, Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, Arthrogryposis, Cystic Fibrosis, Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Tourette’s Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Blind or low vision, Hearing loss and deafness, Sensory processing differences and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, and others. Erin has a background in Social Work and combines professional expertise with lived experience to create fun, engaging programs that help participants build skills and achieve their goals. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, exploring the outdoors and spending time with friends.

Georgina – Support Worker

Georgina is a Disability Support Worker and Therapy Assistant with experience supporting children and young people with a range of disabilities, particularly autism. With an Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services, she is passionate about building positive, strength-based relationships that help young people feel safe, supported and empowered.

Kadie – Support Worker

Kadie is an enthusiastic and dedicated Support Worker who is passionate about helping people build independence and achieve their goals. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, gymnastics, acrobatics, exploring nature and spending time with animals.

Bibek – Support Worker

Bibek is a dedicated Disability Support Worker with nearly five years of experience delivering person-centred care and positive behaviour support. Passionate about building strong, trusting relationships, he is committed to helping people achieve their goals and enjoy new experiences. Outside of work, Bibek enjoys playing football and exploring the outdoors.

Kirsten is an experienced Support Worker with 30 years in the sector and a passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives. She believes that balancing physical and mental wellbeing is essential to helping individuals live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Marissa – Speech Pathologist


Marissa is a Speech Pathologist who supports children and adults with disability to improve communication and participate safely in mealtimes. She provides assessments, reports and therapy across speech, language, literacy, AAC and mealtime management to help people achieve their goals.

Lizzy – Speech Pathologist

Lizzy is a Speech Pathologist passionate about supporting young people and their families through communication and developmental challenges. Her areas of interest include mental health, literacy, AAC, paediatric feeding and language development, helping children build skills that support their health, wellbeing and independence.

Sam – Occupational Therapist

Sam supports people with disability to build meaningful skills, increase independence and participate more fully in everyday life. As a relationally informed therapist, he focuses on creating strong, trust-based relationships that support positive outcomes. Sam is passionate about working with children and young people with complex support needs, including autism, intellectual disability and sensory processing differences.

Mac – Occupational Therapist

Mac is an early career Occupational Therapist who supports people across a range of areas, including early childhood development, emotional regulation, social participation and daily living skills. Passionate about person-centred therapy, he works closely with customers, families and support networks to help achieve meaningful goals and celebrate every milestone along the way.

Imogen – Physiotherapist

Imogen is a Paediatric Physiotherapist who supports children and young people to achieve their goals and thrive at every stage of development. With experience in children’s hospitals in the UK and community settings in Australia, she specialises in neonates and neuro-rehabilitation, supporting children with a range of conditions including cerebral palsy, acquired brain injuries and developmental delays.

Charlotte – Occupational Therapist

Charlotte is an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping people overcome challenges and achieve their goals. She works closely with customers, families and caregivers to develop creative, person-centred solutions that promote health, wellbeing and independence, drawing on her experience supporting NDIS participants in community settings.

Bree – Occupational Therapist

Bree is an Occupational Therapist who specialises in paediatrics, supporting children and young people to build skills, confidence and independence. She has a particular interest in physical disability, assistive technology and vehicle modifications, and takes a personalised, holistic approach to helping each customer achieve their goals.

Nikky – Occupational Therapist

Nikky is a Senior Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children build confidence, independence and lifelong skills. Taking a relationship-based approach, she works closely with children and families to support sensory and emotional regulation, social connection and everyday challenges, drawing on her experience across community, clinic and education settings.

Grace – Speech Pathologist

Grace is a Speech Pathologist who supports children and adolescents with speech, language, literacy, apraxia and AAC. Using a strengths-based, person-centred approach, she helps individuals communicate confidently and participate more fully in everyday life. Grace values building strong relationships with families and works collaboratively across home, school and community settings.

Christie – Speech Pathologist

Christie is a Speech Pathologist who supports children with communication and feeding difficulties, helping them build skills, confidence and independence. She takes a family-centred, strengths-based approach and has experience across speech, language, feeding, AAC, literacy and stuttering. Christie is passionate about creating meaningful therapy experiences.

Hayley – Speech Pathologist

Hayley is a Speech Pathologist who supports people with disability to build confidence, independence and meaningful participation through communication, feeding and mealtime strategies. With experience across paediatric and adult settings, she has a particular interest in early communication, paediatric feeding and Key Word Sign, and is passionate about helping people achieve their goals.

Where can I access services?

As a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service provider, we have centres across Australia in New South Wales, Canberra and Queensland. We offer a wide range of services for clients, including Support Coordination, Supported Independent Living, assistance with daily tasks, access to community programs, Support Workers, and recreational activities tailored to the needs of individuals with disabilities.

What is an NDIS goal and can you help me manage my plan?

Common NDIS goals can include achieving greater independence, improving well-being, accessing the community, managing disabilities effectively, and enhancing the quality of life through suitable a support service provider.

We can assist eligible participants and family members to develop and manage your support plan with our Support Coordination service, this involves assisting NDIS participants in implementing and managing your NDIS plan and finding the right information related to your supports. It helps participants access support to achieve your NDIS goals and enhance your overall well-being.

What is NDIS Supported Independent Living?

Supported independent living allows individuals with disabilities to live independently in their own homes or in shared accommodation while receiving the necessary support to manage daily tasks and activities.

Why should I use an NDIS registered support worker?

NDIS Support Workers are trained professionals with experience and knowledge supporting people with disability. They play a crucial role in assisting participants with daily tasks and accessing the community. They provide practical support and encouragement to support participants achieve their goals.

Our experienced team of Support Workers provide at home care and support to help you achieve your NDIS goals for independence. Our workers are trained to provide assistance that enables you to maintain your independence and participation in your community.

They can support participants to complete their household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and grocery shopping.

What types of NDIS programs do you have available?

We have a range of NDIS services available at our centres, however capacity may be limited at your particular centre.

As an inclusive organisation that supports a wide range of abilities, we offer a variety of age-appropriate, goal-based support programs tailored to the interests and needs of individuals with disabilities. These programs may include social outings, skill-building programs, work experience and improving job opportunities. Most of our programs can be provided in a group setting or personalised to you individually.

Do you provide aged care services?

Northcott is an NDIS registered disability service provider, we are not an aged care services provider.
