Our Hornsby team offer a range of services to support young people with disability to learn the skills they need to achieve their goals. Through our Vocational Skills Training and Employment, Skills 4 Life and Everyday Life Skills services, we support customers to increase their confidence and become work ready.

At Northcott Hornsby, we are committed to unlocking potential. Our team is focused on supporting you and those in your care with a wide range of disability services. We want you and your family to feel in control, included and supported in the local Hornsby community, and beyond.

NDIS planning and support
When it comes to making the most of your NDIS funding, we can assist you with Coordination of Supports, NDIS planning, and provide the highest standard of support services.

Combining experience and commitment
Our Hornsby team of allied health professionals, carers and support workers have extensive experience across a range of disability services to support and manage complex disability.

Diverse range of services
We focus on building independence and social inclusion. We enable greater choice and opportunity for you through our Everyday Life Skills service. For adults wanting to gain independence, we can support you to increase your confidence and become work ready with Vocational Skills Training and School Leaver Employment Support (SLES).

We support various forms of disability including neurological, congenital and genetic conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Spina Bifida and Rett Syndrome.

We also support people with intellectual disability such as Down Syndrome, Global Developmental Delay, Fine Motor Delay, Developmental Coordination Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
