Teen School Holiday Program – Revesby
Our Teen School Holiday program is for teenagers who want to increase their social and community skills through new experiences, make new friends, gain new skills and build their confidence all while having fun.
The Teen School Holiday program is delivered during school holidays, both in centre at Broderick Gillawarna School, Revesby and in the community.
The program runs from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Location: Broderick Gillawarna School – 36/48 Victoria St, Revesby
Activity cost: For each activity there will be an out of pocket expense. This may include entry fees, tickets, lunch and/or public transport. The cost is an approximate and will be confirmed prior to the activity. In the event that there are not enough companion cards to cover the support workers entry fee or public transport, you will be responsible to cover this cost.
NDIS cost: The NDIS cost will be based on a 1:3 standard ratio. If you require a higher level of support, please contact us for a customised quote. For those attending with a 1:1 support ratio, you will be responsible for the full cost of the support worker’s entry and transport. Prices are based off the current NDIS price guide as of March 28 2018 and are subject to change.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your place once it has been confirmed, please contact Northcott on 1 800 818 286. Please give at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
Support worker costs: In the event that there are adequate companion cards, this fee will be reduced or waived.
Ticketed events/entry fees: If the event is a ticketed event or entry has been purchased before the activity, you will be invoiced the cost. The invoice for your ticket will need to be paid before we can purchase them. If you are unable
to attend after tickets have been purchased you will still be responsible for the cost.
Confirmations: Confirmations for all activities will be sent once minimum numbers have been reached. Please note
that a minimum of 3 participants are required for an activity to go ahead.
What to bring: Opal card and companion card, morning tea, lunch, drink, hat and money to pay the activity cost.
