Welcome home, Jock!

We were thrilled to welcome Jock back to Northcott housing recently!

Jock had accessed Northcott housing in the past but decided to move on for a time. Since then, he and his family have reconnected with Northcott — and we’re delighted to have him back, feeling comfortable and settled in his new home in Tamworth — and he’s already settling in beautifully.

Jock works three days a week between KFC and Woolworths, enjoys ten pin bowling, collecting cash for cans, riding his bike and watching the footy. He shares the home with a familiar face — a housemate he knew from his time at a Northcott day program — and they’ve already started a great routine together with footy nights, pizza from the backyard oven and games of pool on the deck.

With another housemate moving in soon, this Tamworth home will soon be full with plenty of activities and connections in the household.

We’re so glad to have Jock back with Northcott and thriving in his new home!
