Meet Paige from our Early Childhood Approach team

Paige has been working at Northcott since 2018 and is part of Northcott’s NDIS Early Childhood service. As a NDIS early childhood partner, Northcott works closely with families and carers of children aged 0-6 years to develop the skills children need to take part in daily activities and achieve the best possible outcomes throughout their lives.

Paige has been in her current role as an Early Childhood Coordinator since 2020. As an Early Childhood Coordinator, she is responsible for working closely with children and their families. She undertakes developmental assessments to support the child’s development, provide short term early childhood early intervention, and detailed reporting. All of this results in ultimately improving the child’s capacity to fully participate in life.

Paige is based in sunny Coffs Harbour, and she loves her role at Northcott because she gets to work alongside children, supporting them to reach their full potential. She also loves supporting families and being the person that they can rely on for their children’s support.

We asked Paige to answer a few short questions to find out more about her. Check out her answers below!

What are three words that your close friends would use to describe you?

My friends would describe me as kind organised and just a little bit sassy.

Do you prefer the beach or countryside?

Although I love the living by the ocean now in Coffs Harbour I was born and raised in a small country town, so I think I’ll always be a country girl at heart.

What animal do you believe matches your personality?

Definitely a capybara! Although they look cool, calm and collected they definitely have a feisty side. They also love the water and the land and I think that’s a perfect description of me.
