What I will be doing:
As a Support Worker within our Individual Supports Program, you’ll have the opportunity to support children and young adults to:
- Grow everyday confidence in practical, real-life situations.
- Strengthen their decision-making, independence, and social skills.
- Build relationships and community connections.
- Celebrate achievements, no matter how big or small.
Our Programs have a strong focus on helping our participants to learn the skills needed to achieve their individual goals through the programs that we offer. This isn’t just about helping someone make a meal or catch a bus. It’s about being present as someone discovers what they’re capable of.
About You:
Northcott is seeking friendly, welcoming Support Workers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with a disability. Whether you’re just starting out in your career or have years of experience, we want someone who can bring enthusiasm and innovation to their work.

- I will help create moments that build confidence and independence.
- I will offer encouragement, not just assistance.
