Take a break, relax and unwind at Northcott’s Short Stay (Respite) House, Liverpool – a home away from home. This environment will provide you with great opportunities to make new friends, get involved in fun activities, have some time away from family and build your independence.
Our Specialist Supported Living (SSL) centre-based respite services provide professional support and care for children and adults with disability and complex health needs.
If you are a carer, you will have the chance to take a break, being assured that your loved one will have the very best of care.
The house is fully equipped to provide a safe, accessible and pleasant stay with multiple indoor and outdoor areas. It also offers 24-hour support by committed, qualified and experienced registered nurses and assistant nurses, as well as a range of activity-based programs and a wheelchair accessible vehicle for outings.
Conveniently located, the house is just a short drive from Liverpool CBD, Westfield, Liverpool Hospital, buses and trains.
