Whatever it is you’d like to do, our community support services are designed to give you the skills you need to have a little time for yourself away from your family.

This support could take place in your home or out in the community, depending on what you’d like to achieve. Our experienced staff can give you home support in many ways, including:
- Stepping in when your carer is busy
- Providing overnight support, including Active Overnight care
- Enabling you to enjoy your favourite hobbies and recreational activities
- Working with you on meal preparation and simple tasks around the house
- Building your confidence with personal care
Our in-community support covers a whole range of activities like:
- Doing grocery or personal shopping
- Going out to concerts, movies or community events
- Attending appointments
- Being a part of a swimming or sports club
- Accompanying you on a short trip or holiday
It’s important that you create a meaningful and satisfying bond with your support worker, so we’re passionate about connecting you with the right person who can support your needs.
