Inaugural Walk and Roll event in Albury 2026

Participants will be able to choose between two accessible course options: a 500-metre loop and a 2-kilometre loop, allowing people to walk, wheel or stroll at their own pace. The morning will also feature live music, facepainting, a bubble station, food vans, ice cream and a raffle.
There will also be accessible toilets, shaded seating, a chill-out zone and a dedicated sensory-friendly space to ensure comfort for all.
Beyond the event, Northcott Murrumbidgee is continuing to explore new ways to support people with disability and their families across Albury and surrounding communities. This includes creating more opportunities for connection, skill-building and independence, helping people with disability work towards their personal goals while building stronger links within the local community.
Northcott Service Manager Michaela Pascolutti says she is thrilled to see the idea come to life. “We’re incredibly thankful for this funding, as it means we can create something truly inclusive that brings people together in a positive, supportive environment.”
“This new event is about belonging, visibility and celebrating what our community can achieve together.”
