About The Role:
In this role, you will:
- Provide personal care that promotes dignity and independence (e.g. showering, toileting, continence support).
- Support safe manual handling and mobility using hoists and other aids.
- Follow individual care plans to meet health needs such as epilepsy or wound care.
- Prepare meals and assist with mealtimes in line with mealtime management plans.
- Enable customers to participate in everyday activities — from household tasks to social and community outings.

Skills & Experience:
- Flexible availability is highly regarded. Shifts are available 24/7 across mornings, afternoons, overnights (including sleepovers), and weekends. We are looking for Support Workers who can work across a range of shifts.
- Disability Industry experience.
- Experience in mental health and behaviour support plans.
- You have experience supporting individual health needs by following care plans, including epilepsy support and wound care.
- You are confident with manual handling, PEG feeding, medication administration, and safe transport.
- You stay calm, capable, and compassionate when things get challenging.
- You have experience supporting people with varying physical, cognitive or behavioural needs — and always lead with respect.
- You love learning, connecting, and helping others live more independently.
