As a Support Worker within our Individual Supports Program, you’ll have the opportunity to support children and young adults to:

Skills & Experience:

  • A flexible approach to work — you are happy to support across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Disability Industry experience.
  • Experience in Mental Health and Behaviour Support Plans.
  • You have experience supporting people with varying physical, cognitive or behavioural needs — and always lead with respect.
  • The ability to stay calm, think quickly, and provide steady, confident support — even when things get challenging.
  • A positive attitude, a team spirit, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals.
  • You are confident with manual handling, PEG feeding, medication administration, and safe transport.
  • You love learning, connecting, and helping others live more independently.
