Resolved
- An update has been applied to the records which has restored visibility of the shifts into the Skedulo Plus App.
What if you are continuing to experience errors?
- Contact your coordinator first.
- There are reasons other than this that a customer job may not display – such as the job has been cancelled either manually or due to funding issues.
Tuesday 5 August
What’s Happened?
- We are aware of an issue where rostered jobs are not displaying in the Skedulo Plus App even though these jobs are correctly rostered in Niara.
What is now known?
- This is isolated to Android phone users.
What Action is being taken?
- The Rostering Team is contacting individual users who are operating on an Android phone with who are rostered with jobs for the remainder of the day to confirm shifts.
- The issue is actively being investigated by Northcott and Skedulo.
