At Seven Hills, a special ceremony was held for all customers who had finished their Certificate 2 Workplace Skills and Hospitality courses. Life Skills customers organised the day through their event planners’ group.
The ceremony included speeches, a musical show with karaoke, and a photo shoot with props that were handmade specially for the occasion. The event planners and interior designers’ activity groups from Life Skills prepared props such as a background display for photo shoots, and graduation hats.
Over at Penrith, participants earned a Certificate 2 in Workplace Skills through Barrington Training. They celebrated their achievement with a BBQ party where they prepared a yummy sausage sizzle, played fun games and were presented with their certificate.
In the last 12 months, customers at Penrith have completed Barista skills courses, RSA + RCG, safe food handling, and Certificate 2 in Hospitality. Customers have been using their new skills at a hospitality venue and in the Northcott café.
Graduation events were also held at Hornsby for those completing their Certificate 2 Workplace Skills, and at Parramatta where customers achieved a Certificate 2 in Hospitality.
Seven Hills customers celebrate in style!
