Due to the evolving situation with Cyclone Alfred, the Ballina Day Programs, Individual Services and the main office on River Street are closed today and until further notice. Our local team will contact customers and families soon with more details. Stay safe.
Coffs Harbour – Day Programs, Individual Services and the main office are closed from this afternoon until further notice.
All Queensland centres are closed from today until further notice, this includes Group Services. Our local teams will contact customers and families soon with more details.
Therapy Telehealth appointments and none-face to face activities may continue where possible. If you are in an affected area, your therapist will be in contact with you. If you are in an area that has been declared a disaster the cancellation policy will not apply.
Northcott Early Childhood Services Offices in Mid North Coast and Northern NSW are closed until further notice, virtual/telehealth meetings will still be going ahead where appropriate. Should you wish to reschedule meetings, please contact the Early Childhood Customer Service Team on 1800 118 481.

- North and mid-North coast
- New England
Our team is closely monitoring the situation, and we are taking steps to ensure the safety of the people we support. At this stage, services are continuing as normal and we will provide updates if anything changes.
