About the Role:

Join us in a rewarding full-time parental leave opportunity where you’ll lead with purpose and support our Early Childhood Coordinators in delivering the NDIS Early Childhood Approach. This contract runs through to 12 January 2027, with the potential for extension.

About You

As a Team Leader, you will:

  • Hold a diploma or higher qualification in Early ChildhoodAllied HealthSocial Work, or a related field.
  • Lead and support Coordinators to deliver child- and family-centred, best-practice supports.
  • Guide assessmentplanning, and strategies that build children’s independence and participation.
  • Support families in setting goals and connecting with appropriate services and community supports.
  • Monitor outcomes and adjust supports to achieve positive results.
  • Build strong relationships across the community and service networks.

Who are we?
The NDIS Partners in the Community Program (PITC) supports the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to be implemented locally.

As an NDIA partner, Northcott will deliver the NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA) service to local communities in Northern NSW, Mid North Coast, Hunter New England, North Sydney, and Western Sydney. The EC approach supports activities that improve the independence and social participation of children aged 0-9 with developmental delay and/or disability.
