What I Will Be Doing
As the Community Coordinator, you will oversee and manage the day‑to‑day operations of individual and group services at our Taree location, playing a key role in driving positive outcomes for customers. You will coordinate service delivery, manage staff rosters aligned to customer needs, and ensure all supports are delivered to a high standard in accordance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
Acting as the trusted point of contact for customers, families, and support networks throughout Taree. You will promote clear communication and consistency of care, ensuring everyone feels supported, informed, and confident in the services being provided.
Every day, you will:
- Build lasting relationships with customers, families, and your team, ensuring everyone feels truly heard, valued, and connected.
- Inspire your team to tackle challenges and push boundaries, nurturing an environment where innovation and collaboration take centre stage.
- Champion person-centred solutions, guiding your team to create tailored support that unlocks every individual’s potential.
- Lead with heart and clarity in coaching, mentoring, and supporting your team’s growth and wellbeing.
- Drive operational excellence by managing resources and rosters for seamless, effective support every single day.
- Foster resilience and positivity, championing reflection and learning for continuous improvement.
If you thrive on creating meaningful outcomes for people with disability and know that strong, ethical leadership shapes the support feels, functions, and grows, this is your moment. Step up, make your mark, and help create brighter futures — one day, one relationship, one achievement at a time!
