 About the role

Join us at Northcott as a Coordinator and take the lead in shaping meaningful outcomes every day. In this dynamic leadership role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Everyday Life Skills, Work and Study, Respite, and Skills for Life programs — empowering both customers and teams to thrive.

As a Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead the Everyday Life Skills, Work and Study, Respite, and Skills for Life programs, ensuring meaningful, person-centred outcomes for customers.
  • Inspire and support a high-performing team, creating a positive and collaborative environment where people thrive.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, families, and staff, becoming a trusted and approachable leader.
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver high-quality, consistent support services.
  • Oversee daily operations, including rosters, reporting, and compliance, ensuring programs run smoothly and effectively.
  • Bring a proactive and innovative leadership style, empowering teams and driving continuous improvement across multiple programs.

Skills & Experience
  • Qualifications in Social Science, Disability, Recreation, or a related field, with a passion for delivering person-centred support.
  • A natural leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams across multiple programs.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to build relationships and create meaningful outcomes for the people we support.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can identify barriers and implement creative, practical solutions.
  • Highly organised with the ability to confidently manage competing priorities, KPIs, and operational requirements.
  • Solid knowledge of NDIS Standards, Workplace Health & Safety, and the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
  • Passion, resilience, and leadership skills to make a genuine difference every day.
