About the role: 

As a Team Lead Therapist, you’ll deliver timely, evidence-based, person-centred therapy to children and adults with disabilities while leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team. You’ll manage a diverse caseload across Campbelltown and surrounding areas, support best-practice service delivery, and work with Service Managers to achieve team goals and address local customer needs.

What you’ll bring:

  • A degree in  Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology with full AHPRA or SPA registration.
  • A solid understanding of strengths-based practice, as well as family and person-centred approaches.
  • A commitment to grow, learn, and take on leadership or management opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, oral, and listening.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
