About the role:
As a Core Practitioner at Northcott, I will deliver Person-Centred Behaviour Support to customers seeking individualised support, working collaboratively with customers, staff, and families using a Positive Behaviour Support approach. This includes supporting Northcott staff in implementing, monitoring, and reviewing Person-Centred Behaviour Support strategies and documentation, working within a capacity-building model alongside various stakeholders, and delivering Person-Centred Behaviour Support training as required.

I will bring:
- A tertiary qualification and experience in the disability and/or community sector
- A current driver’s licence
- A commitment to person-centred, evidence-based practice
- Strong time management skills to meet service delivery targets and deadlines
- A team-first attitude and the ability to work independently in the community
