What I Will Be Doing:

As a Support Worker in our Community Programs, I will support customers to develop their independence and confidence by building practical life skills, promoting health and wellbeing, and encouraging meaningful community participation.

  • I will support individuals to grow everyday confidence in practical, real-life situations.
  • I will encourage confidence, independence, and personal growth in a safe and inclusive environment.
  • I will help customers build everyday life skills through engaging, goal-focused activities.
  • I will support individuals to access their community and take part in social, recreational, and educational experiences.
  • I will provide respectful, person-centred support that aligns with each customer’s NDIS goals.
  • I will work as part of a supportive team, bringing creativity and energy to each day.
  • I will strengthen their decision-making, independence, and social skills.
  • I will celebrate their achievements, no matter how big or small. 
Our Community Programs support young people to build social skills, develop independence, and gain confidence in daily life.
From cooking and creative activities to life skills training and wellbeing, our programs offer a fun, supportive environment where customers can grow.
