About the Northcott, your role and team:
At Northcott, we help people with disability live the life they want by providing support with housing, skills, community activities, and therapy.
We’re looking for a Sales Development Partner/Community Engager who enjoys connecting with people and making a difference. You’ll work closely with local teams and community groups to share what Northcott offers and help people find the right support. Your role involves understanding community needs, guiding new customers through our services, and building trusting relationships with customers, families, and partners. You’ll collaborate with service teams to ensure everyone feels supported. If you’re friendly, organised, and motivated to help others, this could be a great fit. We’ll support you every step of the way.
About you:
- I bring empathy, adaptability, and self-motivation to every role, which allows me to quickly build trust and rapport—leading to stronger client relationships, more effective teamwork, and better long-term retention.
- While I may not yet have deep expertise in the disability sector, NDIS, or disability housing, I’m proactive in upskilling and applying my existing strengths to new challenges—allowing me to quickly become a valuable contributor and drive progress in unfamiliar environments.
- I thrive in both independent and team-based settings, contributing reliably and with accountability—often helping teams stay cohesive, motivated, and goal-focused under pressure.
- I am driven by purpose and outcomes, consistently exceeding performance targets and creating measurable results—such as increased customer engagement, revenue growth, or improved team performance.
