Who are we?

Northcott is a partner in the NDIS Partners in the Community Program (PITC), delivering the NDIS locally. We provide the Early Childhood Approach (ECA) across multiple regions, focusing on activities that foster the growth, independence, and social participation of children aged 0-9 years with developmental delays or disabilities.

Everyday Impact:

  • Engage with children and their families, leveraging your knowledge of developmental milestones.
  • Facilitate connections with the NDIA and other support networks.
  • Work from our North Parramatta office, traveling to meet families in their communities.

We're looking for:

  • Professionals with a Diploma or higher in Social Sciences, Early Childhood Education, Allied Health, or similar fields.
  • Strong communicators who can adapt to diverse needs.
  • Individuals who value a tailored approach to support, acknowledging the uniqueness of every family.
  • IT competency for report writing and documenting.

Necessary Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Working with Children’s Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Australia.
  • Compliance with Northcott's vaccination policy (exemptions may be granted)
