What’s the role?

The support coordinator will be responsible in ensuring our customers are supported to achieve their goals as identified in their NDIS individual plans, enabling greater independence!

You will build capacity and implement all supports in a participants NDIS plan, as well as report back to the NDIA on the outcome and goals as required.

About you

Ideally, you will hit the ground running. Just a few things to mention that we’d desire are:

  • Demonstrated experience in interpreting and implementing NDIS plans
  • Experience working with people with a disability and their support networks
  • Demonstrated experience in providing support using enablement and strength based approach
  • Substantiated skill set through relevant qualifications, work, or history of lived experience
  • Drivers licence
