Jennifer Shaideen joined Northcott in June 2021 as Financial Controller which was initially only meant to be a 3 month contract, but moved to a permanent position in October 2021.
She is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce major in Accounting. Prior to working at Northcott, she worked for Royal Rehab – an NDIS provider, who also run public and private hospitals and has further experience working for ASX listed companies within direct marketing, retail and pharmaceuticals. Jennifer has also led ERP implementations, centralisation of finance functions, process and policy reviews and realignments, change management, IPO’s.
