At Northcott, we’re proud of our respectful, supportive and friendly work environment. We celebrate our differences, and welcome a diverse workforce of passionate people who share our commitment to supporting people with disability to live the life that they choose.
If you are a person with disability we want to make sure that our systems and equipment are just right to allow you to do your job.
If you are Aboriginal or a Torres Strait Islander, we have just launched our Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan and have lots of ATSI staff and customers. We’ve boosted our benefits to support you, including paid leave for NAIDOC week. If you would like to talk to one of our ATSI staff about their experience working at Northcott, just let us know.
Our values have always been a significant part of our service to customers and they have helped shape Northcott into the wonderful organisation it is today. You can watch a video to understand more about how our values are part of our daily working lives.

Genuine about reconciliation
We are proud of our staff and customers who are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders (ATSI). We are proud of our commitment to reconciliation, and our Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan guides us in this. We also have an ATSI advisor on staff to assist with any ATSI matters. If you would like any additional information on our ATSI programs, or would like to talk to any ATSI staff about our approaches, please contact us. You can also view the profile of one of our ATSI staff. Included in our new Enterprise Agreement are special benefits for ATSI staff around NAIDOC week and ceremonial leave.
Genuine about hiring people with disability
