Northcott customers celebrate their graduation

A group of Northcott customers are cheering as they Completing their courses have exposed participants to a wide variety of workplace skills and has greatly increased their employability skills. Around one in five Australians has a disability, and people with disability are twice as likely to be unemployed than people without disability. Northcott is committed to supporting people improve their employability and encourages employers to support a more diverse and inclusive workforce. Well done to all our successful participants!
