What do you enjoy most about working in your team?
The team at Hornsby have been very welcoming, thoughtful, and kind. They are also very dedicated to their role and really enjoy making a difference in the customers day at Northcott. It is a fun team to be around, and I enjoy working with them every day.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I really wanted to be in a caring role, such as a nurse or doctor!
What was your favourite subject in school? Why?
My favourite subject at school was Food Tech because it helped me learn new recipe’s and allowed me to share the food I made with friends during lunch time.
What qualifications do you have which have been useful in your role?
A few years before I entered into the disability sector, I did complete a Diploma in Beauty Therapy. It has been very useful by better equipping me to help customers with their personal hygiene and knowing what products may be doing more harm than good. It also allows for fun activities such as facials and cuticle care etc..
