About the Opportunity

As a Sales Development Partner with Northcott, I play a key role in connecting people with the right services to achieve their goals. I work with local teams to grow Northcott’s presence and reputation in the community.

I actively attend community events, engage with key referral partners, participate in interagency meetings, and position myself as a trusted and visible representative within the community.

I understand my region, create demand for services, and support new customers through the enquiry and onboarding process. I focus on business growth while ensuring customers feel heard, supported, and empowered.
