You’ll bring strong, ethical leadership to the role, setting the tone for how programs are delivered and how people feel supported. You understand that what we do each day makes a real difference — and you’re passionate about creating meaningful outcomes.

This role is about leading with purpose. You’ll guide and support your team with reflection, resilience, and a belief in everyone’s potential. Your leadership will help shape a positive culture where people thrive, grow, and feel valued.

  • You will champion person-centred solutions, guiding your team to tailor support that truly meets individual needs and unlocks potential.
  • You will lead with empathy and clarity in coaching, mentoring, and supporting your team’s growth and wellbeing.
  • You will drive excellence in day-to-day operations, managing resources and rosters to deliver seamless, effective support.
  • You will foster resilience and positivity, embracing reflection and learning as key tools for continuous improvement.

About you:

In this role, you’ll inspire your team to work collaboratively, embrace new ideas, and focus on what truly matters — supporting each person’s independence and wellbeing.

Your leadership will help create a welcoming, inclusive environment where both customers and staff feel valued and empowered.

  • You will lead by example, inspiring confidence, trust, and high performance within your team.
  • You will encourage new ideas and empower others to explore creative approaches that overcome barriers and deliver outcomes.
  • You will communicate with respect and courage, building understanding and alignment with organisational values.
  • You will prioritise what matters, balancing the needs of customers, team, and organisation to achieve lasting results.
  • You will have a strong understanding of the disability sector and how to create supportive, person-centred living environments.
  • You will be comfortable with technology and administrative processes that support effective service delivery.

As a Coordinator, you are the link between quality support and real-life outcomes. You will lead a team that empowers people with disability to live with dignity, choice, and confidence.
