Your Role and Your Impact!

As an Early Supports Allied Health Lead, you have the wonderful opportunity to:

  • Gently provide timely, personalised, and evidence-based strategies that truly uplift the lives of children and their families. Whilst uplifting your own work environment. 
  • Confidently empower families with a warm, child-centred approach, crafting support plans that nurture independence, social connection, and overall wellbeing.
  • Inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team with kindness and vision, fostering innovative, best-practice support that helps children flourish in their everyday experiences.
  • Cultivate meaningful community connections, thoughtfully linking families to the services and supports that enrich social inclusion and participation.
  • As per industry you will come with qualifications in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology, with relevant registrations.
