We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist who’s ready to take the next step – leading a team of allied health professionals while continuing to provide high-quality therapy services at our head office in Parramatta, NSW. As Team Leader, you’ll support and mentor a growing team, help shape service delivery, and play a key role in achieving great client outcomes.

About the Role
As Team Lead, your role will combine hands-on clinical practice with leadership of people. You’ll:
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to clients of all ages
- Mentor and support early career therapists and team members
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
- Lead team planning, coordinate caseloads, and support operational efficiency
- Guide clinical decision-making and provide support for complex presentations
- Collaborate with families, carers, and stakeholders to support client goals
- Provide services across clinic, home, school, telehealth and community settings
- Contribute to service improvement and identify growth opportunities
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology + registration with relevant governing body (APHRA or SPA)
- Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience
- A passion for leadership and team development
- Strong clinical reasoning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Working With Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver’s License + access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed, pool cars available)
