About the opportunity:

We offer a permanent coordinator position with a $41.67/hr pay rate, superannuation, and salary packaging.
Role Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in social science, health, or any other relevant professional field is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and support a team of workers successfully
- Demonstrated ability in budget preparation and monitoring financial systems
- Well-developed time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Strong interpersonal, assessment and problem-solving skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Computer literacy, in particular proficiency with Microsoft programs and the use of customer management systems
- Coordinating Day-programs.
- Delivering on program outcomes and customer goals.
- Prioritising and meeting the competing needs of our customers and team of staff.
- Nurturing and retaining relationships with customers, families, and your team.
- Identifying, assessing, and resolving problems using an active person-centred approach
- Proactively training the team to ensure the highest standard of customer outcomes.
- Reviewing and updating rosters, supporting Policy and Procedure compliance, and reporting requirements

- A current Driver's Licence and confidence to drive an accessible van.
- NSW Working with Children Checks NSW.
- NDIS Worker Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
