Northcott staff information – duplicate pay

You have accidentally been paid twice

You may have noticed that when you checked your pay there were two identical payments from Northcott. We sent an email/SMS to you alerting you to that.

We are really sorry, but through an administrative error the payment was made twice.

The best way to deal with this is to repay the money back to Northcott via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) ASAP.

Finding your Employee Number

We sent you your Employee Number in the SMS.  Alternatively, you can find it at the top of your Pay Slip.

This does not affect any other payments

We can assure you that you have not been taxed twice. This does not impact on your superannuation payments or deductions that you have set up to pay mortgages, other bills etc.

You have only received one pay slip with the correct details for this pay. You have not received another separate pay slip for the additional amount as it is a payment error.

We will be tracking payments as they come in.
