Meet Our Team: Mary, Sales Development Partner

With almost 6 years at Northcott under her belt, Mary has become a valued part of our Sales team. Her role as a Sales Development Partner keeps her busy connecting with customers and supporting our purpose, but it’s the people around her who make the job truly special.

“I love the flexibility and the incredible support from our management team – especially our amazing Manager! In our Sales team, we really have each other’s backs. We share knowledge, help one another out.”

As a child, Mary had big dreams of becoming either a flight attendant or an actress- proof that she’s always had a sense of adventure and a love for connecting with others.

A love of music and good vibes

When it comes to music, Mary enjoys anything that lifts the mood – RnB, reggae, country, or soft rock.

“If it resonates with how I’m feeling, it’s on my playlist. As they say, ‘When words fail, music speaks’ – and that’s exactly how I connect with it. Music is life!”

Life outside of work

Outside of Northcott, Mary is all about karaoke, movie nights, swimming, and beach days with a fresh chilled coconut in hand. A self-proclaimed “beach girl at heart,” she knows how to make the most of her downtime.

Her biggest achievement

When asked what she’s most proud of, her answer came straight from the heart:

“Achieving our family goals – seeing our kids graduate from university and high school, and most importantly, enjoying good health together. My greatest success is having Love at Home.”

If she could share a meal with anyone…

“It would have to be my number one fan – my husband! He’s always been my biggest supporter… and yes, he picks up the tab too!”
