Inclusion Fest is a week-long event, celebrating diversity and inclusion at Northcott.
We just completed our 2025 program and it was our biggest and most well-attended Inclusion Fest yet!
With record numbers of staff tuning in from across the organisation, we’ve shared stories, laughs, learning, and real moments of connection that remind us why inclusion matters every single day.
The event highlighted the energy, creativity, and passion of the Northcott team, emphasising the importance of building a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
Each day of the week spotlighted a different area of diversity and inclusion, offering opportunities to hear directly from people with lived experience, and to reflect on how we can all contribute to a more inclusive workplace and community.
Here’s a look back at the week that was:

Monday – Inclusion Superstar Awards
We launched the week by celebrating some of our brightest changemakers. A massive congratulations to our 2025 Inclusion Superstar Award winners — Sarah Khalid, recognised for her leadership in employee networks and disability advocacy, and the Ballina Life Skills team, who continue to set the bar for inclusive practice and teamwork. What an inspiring way to start the week!
Tuesday – A Conversation with Uncle Raymond
We were honoured to welcome Uncle Raymond to our Parramatta office. His powerful storytelling and reflections on truth-telling, cultural strength, and ongoing connection to Country offered a deeply moving and important session. It was a reminder of the value of listening, learning, and walking alongside First Nations people in everything we do.
Wednesday – Webinar: Beyond the Rainbow
Our very own Pat Hukins took centre stage with a heartfelt, real, and empowering discussion on LGBTQIA+ pride in the workplace. Pat’s session challenged us to think beyond rainbow flags and hashtags and instead focus on how we can each contribute to safer, more affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ colleagues and customers.

Thursday – Virtual Gameshow: Guess That Culture
It was a time to laugh and learn! The Cultural Fusion Day gameshow brought the fun and the facts from our Logan office, with teams across Northcott getting involved in a fast-paced, joyful celebration of the rich cultural diversity we share.
Friday – Webinar: Neurodiversity at Work with Rose Callaghan
We closed the week with a bang, thanks to the amazing Rose Callaghan, comedian and advocate, who delivered a session on ADHD in the workplace that was equal parts hilarious, insightful, and thought-provoking.
