We’re looking for someone with strong industry experience. Disability, aged care, healthcare, community services, early childhood, government or another highly regulated, operational environment will be highly regarded.

If you’re comfortable with complexity, confident advising leaders and enjoy being close to the business, you’ll feel right at home.

  • Navigate complex cases including grievances, misconduct and investigations.
  • Support workforce change, restructures, planning and succession.

You’ll bring:

  • HR partnering experience within community services or a comparable operational industry.

  • Strong employee and industrial relations capability, ideally within a unionised workforce.
  • Experience managing complex performance, misconduct, grievance and change matters.
  • Confidence interpreting awards, enterprise agreements and employment legislation.
  • The ability to build credibility quickly and provide practical, commercially balanced advice.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
