About the role
As a Speech Pathologist, you’ll deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adults with disabilities across a varied caseload. You’ll work closely with families to create personalised therapy plans and provide support in schools, homes, group settings, or via telehealth.

What you’ll bring:
- A degree in Speech Pathology and SPA eligibility/ registration.
- A person-centred, evidence-based approach focused on real outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, families, and teams
- Clear, confident communication and teamwork skills
- A growth mindset and passion for learning and collaboration
- Good organisation and time management to manage a diverse caseload, paediatric to adults.
