Bruce is an experienced Board Director and senior executive with a background in governance, risk, culture and organisational leadership. He has served as a Director of Able Australia and Rocky Bay. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
His most recent executive role was Chief People Officer at Scope (Aust) and has worked in large and complex organisations undergoing transformation. He has deep experience in workforce strategy, culture, industrial relations, safety and compliance.
