The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) launched in many areas across NSW from 1 July last year and will launch in remaining areas from 1 July 2017. Eventually, all Northcott customers will be affected by the NDIS.
Northcott wants to gain an understanding of your view of the scheme and how you see Northcott working under it with you to deliver services for you or someone in your care.
We have engaged an external research supplier, The Clever Stuff, to undertake a customer survey so we develop our services under the NDIS to continue to or better meet your needs and goals.
The survey will be conducted online and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The Clever Stuff will contact customers directly by email with an invitation to participate in the survey (it’s completely voluntary).
The survey will launch mid-May, so watch out for it. This is your opportunity to guide how we work with you under the NDIS.
