Results are in!
Thank you to the 344 people (as well as approximately 50 non-Northcott customers) who participated in our Service Demand research in May this year. Participation rates doubled from our 2016 survey!
What did you tell us?
Whether you were already a Northcott NDIS customer, or a customer still in the process of transitioning to NDIS, in summary you told us that:
Some of you use service providers in addition to Northcott, but most of you are more satisfied with Northcott than the other providers
You are becoming increasingly confident in you ability to choose the service provider who best suits your needs and wants – this is great news!
Most of you have a positive opinion of Northcott as a service provider and are considering using Northcott in the future
What are the next steps?
While we are very happy with the results, it is important for us to know what you think we can improve, so that we can continue to refine and better our services to meet your needs.
Firstly, we are going to tell our team what you think! Then, based on your feedback, our areas of focus over the next 12 months will be to increase your satisfaction levels by:
- Improving our service delivery, particularly our Life Skills, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services
- Providing you greater support to ensure the NDIS/or transitioning to NDIS experience remains positive
