Northern Sydney Saturday Teen Club – Term 1

A club just for teenagers aged 12 to 17 years who want to increase their social and community skills through new experiences.
The club offers a variety of outdoor activities and caters for many interests during the school term. Be supported by our experienced and trained staff. Most of all – have fun!

Tree Top Adventure park

Date: Saturday 3rd February 2018

  • Hornsby (outside Steam Tank Coffee Shop at Hornsby Station) 9.30am/2.30pm
  • Dee Why (outside Dee Why Police Station – St David Ave & Fisher Road, Dee Why) 8.30am/4.15pm

Cost: $70
Please bring: Fully enclosed shoes, hat, sunscreen, drink bottle, morning tea, lunch, topped up opal card, companion card and activity fee.

Hornsby Aquatic and Leisure Centre

Please note: NDIS cost: $20.67 per hour 1:3 support ratio or $31.02 per hour for 1:2 ratio. Cost my vary depending on drop off/pick up location and support ratio required

Cancellations – If you need to cancel your place on activity once it has been confirmed please contact Northcott on 1800 818 286

Support worker costs – This is to cover the cost of staff entry into venues and use of public transport. This cost will be invoiced or payable to staff on the day depending on the activity. In the event that there are adequate companion cards this fee will be reduced or waived. For those who are attending with a 1:1 support worker, you will be responsible for the full cost of the support workers entry and transport.

Ticketed events/entry fees: If the event is a ticketed event or entry has been purchased before the activity, you will be invoiced the cost. The invoice for your ticket will need to be paid for before we can purchase them. If you are unable to attend after tickets have been purchased you will still be responsible for the cost.

Costs payable on the day: If the cost of the activity is payable on the day, please make sure the correct amount is placed in an envelope or zip lock bag clearly marked with your name and handed to a support worker when you arrive.

NDIS Support:  NDIS costs are based off the Standard needs ratio. If you require a higher level of support please contact us for a customised quote. Prices are based off the current price guide and are subject to change.

Confirmations: Confirmations for all activities will be sent out once the minimum numbers have been reached. Please be aware that a minmum of 6 participants are needed for an activity to go ahead.
