Community Programs and Individual Services: all centres reopened today 11 March 2025.
Early Childhood Services
All Early Childhood Services offices on the Mid North Coast, Taree and Northern NSW (excluding Tweed Heads) will be open tomorrow. The Early Childhood Customer Service Team is available on 1800 118 481 for enquiries and support.
Therapy
All our therapy centres; Toowoomba, Ipswich, Darra, Strathpine, Maroochydore, Gold Coast and Logan will be open for therapy sessions from tomorrow (12 March). If you are having trouble getting to your therapy appointment, please contact your therapist.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we ensured our sites were safe following Cyclone Alfred.

All Early Childhood Services offices on the Mid North Coast and Taree will also be open. Northern NSW offices (Grafton, Lismore and Tweed) will remain closed until further notice.
The Early Childhood Customer Service Team is available on 1800 118 481 for enquiries and support.
Therapy
Our Toowoomba, Ipswich, Darra, Strathpine and Maroochydore Centre will be open for therapy sessions. Therapy will continue with Telehealth and non-face-to-face services at all other locations as able to do so.

Our Ballina, Coffs Harbour, and all Queensland offices remain closed tomorrow (Monday 10 March).
Our Early Childhood Services offices on the Mid North Coast, Northern NSW and Taree are also closed Monday 10 March. The Early Childhood Customer Service Team is available on 1800 118 481 for enquiries and support.
Please note: We are working towards reopening our centres/offices on Tuesday pending assessment of the sites.
All other locations are open and running as usual.
If you have a Telehealth therapy session or other non-face-to-face appointments, they may still go ahead. Your therapist will be in touch with you.

Due to Cyclone Alfred’s anticipated impact, power and communication outages are expected across multiple regions. This may affect our ability to contact you directly.
Our Ballina, Coffs Harbour, and all Queensland offices are closed until further notice.

All other locations are open and running as usual.
If you have a Telehealth therapy session or other non-face-to-face appointments, they may still go ahead where possible. If you or your therapist are in affected areas, power and internet may impact the ability for these to go ahead.
If you don’t hear from us by Sunday afternoon, please assume our affected centres (as mentioned above) remain closed. Keep checking this page for the latest updates.
