Information about potential changes to your Service Bookings in Myplace

What has happened?

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) recently released a new NDIS Price Guide with the changes effective from 1 July 2018. Additionally, the NDIA may have updated your Service Booking details in the Myplace portal. As a result and as per our Service Agreement, Northcott will be implementing the price changes from 1 July 2018. However, as your plan is self-managed, we are unable to review your Service Bookings in the Myplace portal to see if the NDIA have made any changes.

What does this mean?

Your Service Booking details may have changed as a result of the new NDIS Price Guide and/or review by the NDIA. Service Bookings may have increased or may have decreased.

What do you need to do?

In order for you to understand what has or hasn’t changed, please log into your Myplace portal to review your Service Booking details. If your Service Booking details have changed and, as a result, you need to make changes to your Service Agreement, please contact your Coordination of Supports Coordinator or your Individual Plan Advisor so these changes can be actioned.
