We’re looking for multiple passionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a casual basis at our Taree location. 

You’ll empower people with disability to live as independently and confidently as possible — building daily living skills, maintaining well-being, and fostering inclusion in the community.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide personal care that promotes dignity and independence (e.g. showering, toileting, continence support).
  • Support safe manual handling and mobility using hoists and other aids.
  • Follow individual care plans to meet health needs such as epilepsy or wound care.
  • Prepare meals and assist with mealtimes in line with mealtime management plans.
  • Enable customers to participate in everyday activities — from household tasks to social and community outings.

  • Disability Industry experience
  • Experience in Mental Health and Behaviour Support Plans.
  • The ability to stay calm, think quickly, and provide steady, confident support — even when things get challenging.
  • A positive attitude, a team spirit, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals.
