They need and expect a strong leader to work with them to develop our services further and maintain our stronghold. You are confident, independent and comfortable taking charge of a complex service mix.  We are confident in letting you take full responsibility for revenue, budgets, staff and delivering the best service to our highest standards.  

Encompassing Hornsby, Parramatta, Penrith, Seven Hills and Wagga Wagga, this role will:

  • Mentor and manage 4 direct reports and drive positive culture change initiatives that inspire the performance of all staff in those regions.
  • Successfully reach operational targets in both service delivery and qualitative measures based on optimal customer outcomes.
  • Have complete budget and P&L responsibility.
  • Develop close collaborative local relationships that generate business development and partnership opportunities.
  • Have an unwavering focus on continuous improvement and always be looking at where efficiencies and benefits can be gained.

We have had success in hiring people from a range of care delivery backgrounds including disability, aged care and healthcare and notice they all have:  

  • A proven track record in care delivery, regional management and the delivery of high quality support and services across various locations throughout a region
  • The ability to achieve high level strategic targets across multiple areas
  • Proven ability to support a customer service culture
  • Superior time management and attention to detail
  • A record of developing new business opportunities, partnerships and strategic relationships to contribute to the growth and development of the business
  • Superior stakeholder relationships, including a high level of satisfaction amongst all stakeholders.
