About the role

Northcott IPAs serve as a primary point of contact between Northcott and the customer and, while maintaining a holistic view of the customer, match available services to meet customer needs and goals as outlined in their NDIS plan.

You will

  • Develop strong customer relationships with NDIS customers
  • Assist customers who are new, or transitioning, to the NDIS in understanding and interpreting their plans.
  • Identify and match customer needs to Northcott Services and identify, and act on, any gaps in customer plans

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in sales, customer service or account management
  • Knowledge or understanding of the National Disability Service Standards and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
  • Friendly and energetic
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Current driver's licence 
  • NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
  • Police Check less than 6 months old, or willingness to obtain
