About the role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated staff member to provide administration support to ensure effective operations and administration of Northcott services within the Metro South region. Working in our Campbelltown office, you will be an integral part of our team supporting Northcott to continue to develop and provide assistance to our customers under the NDIS.

You will:

  • Provide reception and communication links for all programs
  • Assist with support groups and special events by organising invitations, venues, equipment and catering
  • Assist with the completion of customer documentation
  • Partake in general administration support
  • Process Accounts Payable in an accurate, timely and professional manner.
  • Have the ability to develop, manage and record data on various databases and prepare reports based on this data.
  • Attend to all typing and filing of correspondence (i.e letters, records, meeting minutes, newsletters and other administrative duties as requested by other staff).
  • Prepare, photocopy and distribute information to clients.
  • Obtain quotes for equipment and repairs in compliance with purchasing procedures, and arrange office maintenance repairs through Facility Services.
  • Maintain stationery supplies.
  • Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and demands

Essential experience and skills:

  • Qualifications or relevant experience in office administration
  • A strong working knowledge of the equipment needed to carry out office duties
  • Computer literacy, in particular proficiency with Microsoft programs.
  • Experience in account keeping and invoicing
  • A high standard of organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of customer service skills to deal effectively with customers both on the phone and in person.
  • Strong attention to detail
