About the Role:

The Project Coordinator is not you traditional project role. This role will be supporting the Sales and Product Manager in day-to-day coordination of initiatives and projects along with administration support. Other areas of the role to note include but are not limited to:

• Ability to coordinate and co-facilitate customer design and research workshops
• Establish and maintain strong networks, engaging as an active people person who will clearly and concisely take others on a journey  
• Customer-centric and outcomes focused with the ability to innovate
• Flexible and open-minded with the ability to shift priorities to meet deadlines

About You: 

The successful applicant will be able to display or posses the following:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in administration services and/or relevant experience.
• Experience with developing and delivering individual on the job training and support.
• Demonstrated analytical and report writing skills.
• In depth knowledge and awareness of disability services or experience working in the disability sector not essential but beneficial.
• Experience in achieving consistent business targets, KPI’s.
• The ability to evaluate and develop content if necessary for further improvement.

Salary packaging: you can salary package up to $15,900.00 of your salary (dependent on personal situation)
